Departure times will be confirmed at the time of booking and will be on your ticket. All times are quoted in good faith and the coach will not depart prior to the given time. However please be patient with us as we may through unforeseen circumstances run a few minutes later.
Seats are allocated in order of booking on all excursions, however seat allocations cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to alter for operational reasons. If you have a particular preference for seats then early booking is recommended.
Your driver will inform you of your departure time on arrival at your destination and we request that you return in good time.
All of our coaches are 'Non Smoking'. Comfort stops will be made if the journey is to exceed two hours.
Where executive style coaches are used on day excursions, onboard WC's will not normally be available for use.
Where a child fare is shown on an excursion this will apply to Children aged 3 - 14 at the time of travel.
Unless other wise stated Children under 3 travel free, but a not guaranteed a seat.
If a child fare is not shown the normal adult fare will apply.

ADVANCE PAYMENTS ON DAY EXCURSIONS
We request payment in advance, please call first to check availability, and reserve your places.
By Post - please include a letter with your address & details of the excursion you are booking.

Please note all credit card transactions will incur a 2.5% surcharge.

Senior Citizens Privilege Card (P/C)
An entitlement to discounted day excursions. Available on application t persons 60 + and who have travelled on three day excursions within one year.

DELAYS
You will understand that be it due to weather conditions, mechanical failure, an accident or some other reason the location of any delay cannot even with all due care, be predicted, nor the circumstances or conditions that may exist. Accordingly we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or expenses you may incur, in the event of a delay due to mechanical failure, or an accident, we undertake to do our utmost to remedy the problem or to arrange replacement vehicles as quickly as possible. We make every effort to operate coaches of the standard discribed in the brochure but cannot accept a claim on the basis of an inferior vehicle being used as a replacement.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
It has come to our attention taht our drivers are being requested on return journeys to do additional drop offs. In order to make it fair for everyone travelling on our day excursions you must alight at one of our designated points (see above) or the taxi Office in Trowbridge. Please do not put our drivers in a difficult situation by asking for something they are not allowed to do. We thank you for your co-operation.

CANCELLATIONS
All details correct at time of publication. We must however, reserve the right to withdraw or amend any excursion. You may cancel your booking at any time prior to departure subject to the following conditions.
For cancellations notified to us more than 7 days prior to departure a cancellation charge of up to 33% of the fare charged will be made. Where an excursion includes entrance fees, tickets or a third party, the refund will only apply to the coach element of the fare charged.
For cancellations notified to us less than 7 days prior to the departure no refund can be made.
