Join us on this exciting Spring time tour, taking in 2 spectacular flower shows! Including our always popular trip to the renowned Keukenhof and it’s patchwork quilt of tulips and other flowers in bloom. This year is special as Almere will be host to Floriade Expo, which is held for 6 months every 10 years, this year has a theme of Growing Greener Cities.

OUR ITINERARY

Thursday – After collecting you from your home we make our way to our included Channel crossing, we continue through Belgium and into Holland, before we make our way to Osteerbeek and to the Hotel De Bildberburg where we will be staying for the next 4 nights.

Friday - Today we depart for the world famous Keukenhof Gardens, it draws vistors from all over the world to marvel at the spectacular sights and displays.

Saturday - Visit the magnificent Floriade in Almere, held every 10 years, the international exhibition and garden festival is not to be missed! It offers 40 inspiring country presentations including a greenhouse complex, sustainable innovations, a cable car ride over the Floriade Park and plenty of vibrant art and displays to explore.

Sunday - Today we make the short journey to Arnhem, the capital province of the Gelderland, it has a rich and eventful past which is partly reflected in several monumental buildings. Set in the heart of green surroundings, the town is contained by the Veluwe on one side and the forelands on the other. Once here you will have free time to explore the quaint shopping streets or perhaps visit the ‘Bridge too Far’.

Monday – After our breakfast this morning we bid farewell to the Hotel De Bildberburg and begin our journey to our included Channel crossing before making our way back home.

Hotel De Bilderberg, Oosterbeek

This charming country house hotel opened in 1926, located near the De Veluwe National Park, is home to the Bilderberg meetings.   It boasts two restaurants, indoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness centre.
