We're off to southern Ireland to explore Waterford and its many stories and secrets dating back to 914! Waterford is a hive of history, sweeping landscapes and home to Waterford Treasures and Waterford Crystal - Ireland's most prized attractions that have shaped the town of Waterford and put its name firmly on the map. Enjoy three of the best with Viking Waterford, the Dunbrody Famine Ship and the cobbled streets and medieval town of Kilkenny.
Tuesday - We collect you from your home to join your tour coach as it travels to Pembroke for the sailing to Rosslare, before continuing on to Waterford.
Wednesday to Friday we have included the following excursions:
• Today we have an afternoon visit to the Dunbrody Famine Ship, in nearby New Ross.
• We travel north to Kilkenny, Ireland’s best-preserved medieval city. Filled with many landmarks that you can discover during the included trip on the Kilkenny City Tour Road Train.
• A day to relax and explore Waterford. To help you get your bearings we have included Jack’s highly entertaining and informative Historic Walking Tour.
Saturday - This morning we will leave the hotel and head to Rosslare for our crossing, there will be breakfast included on board.
