Suffolk is home to rural villages, lush green meadows, and sandy heathlands depicted by the famous painters Constable and Gainsborough. On this tour, we enjoy a Constable-inspired guided tour, visit historic Bury St Edmunds, with its connections to Dickens, and enjoy a relaxing cruise on the River Deben

EXCURSIONS

After breakfast, we discover the idyllic villages of Constable Country on a guided tour. After this we will head to Britain’s first city Colchester, we have time for lunch and to explore.

Our day begins with a ride to the medieval village of Lavenham in the heart of Suffolk, after some leisure time here we will visit Bury St Edmunds.

After a leisurely breakfast, we journey East to Waldringfield to enjoy a relaxing 2-hour cruise on the River Deben, one of the most beautiful spots on the East Coast. Tea/coffee and biscuits are served on board. Following our cruise we will visit Woodbridge.
