This short break cruise is a relaxing way to explore Paris, with all meals included on board and comfortable accommodation, plus excursions taking in the most popular sights and free time to explore on your own.
A panoramic tour is a good introduction to the city's famous landmarks, and includes the Bastille, St Germain, the Champs Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe and the Louvre. On the third day you will explore the haunt of artists and writers, charming Old Montmartre.
There is ample free time in the afternoons to shop, visit galleries and museums, and sit and watch the world go by from a pavement café. Your cruise ends on a high note with a night-time cruise through the city.
Our Itinerary
Friday: We collect you from home and head for Paris boarding MS Botticelli this evening with time to settle into your cabin after being welcomed by your hostess. Dinner is followed by an on-board cabaret show.
Saturday: After breakfast on board, enjoy a panoramic tour of the city by coach. After lunch on board you are free to explore and perhaps visit galleries, museums or simply shop. Back to the ship for dinner and an evening of dancing. Depending on the water level of the river, the ship may cruise to La Défense during the course of the evening returning during the night.
Sunday: This morning enjoy a guided visit to Old Montmartre where you will see the Basilica of Sacré-Coeur and Montmartre Hill, the highest point of the capital with wonderful views. After lunch on board the afternoon is free. Our mooring is just a few minutes away from the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadero Gardens. Back on board tonight there is a Gala dinner and a 'Paris by Night' cruise (depending on the water level) through the city, beautifully illuminated at night.
Monday: We depart after breakfast for our homeward journey to Calais and our return crossing to Folkestone arriving back in Wiltshire early evening where your taxi will be waiting to return you to your home.

The four star MS Botticelli is a friendly and comfortable ship with facilities that include a restaurant, lounge bar and dance floor, a large sundeck, library and gift shop. All cabins have air-conditioning, twin beds (no bunks), shower/toilet, satellite TV, and hairdryer.
